By accessing vtoxhealthandwellness.com or using any Vtox Health & Wellness service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Vtox Health & Wellness provides physician-supervised wellness services including:

• Medical weight loss programs (GLP-1 medications: Semaglutide, Tirzepatide)
• Peptide therapies (NAD+, Sermorelin, Glutathione, MIC+, and others)
• Yoni and intimate wellness services and products
• Digital wellness education and community

All medical services are provided under the supervision of a licensed Medical Director and Nurse Practitioner. Vtox does not practice medicine directly — we operate as a care coordination and wellness platform.

You must be:

• At least 18 years of age
• A resident of a state in which Vtox is authorized to operate
• Medically eligible as determined through your intake consultation and lab review

Medications offered through Vtox are compounded by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. Results vary by individual.

Monthly Subscriptions: Renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 48 hours before your billing date.

3-Month Programs: Billed as a single payment. No mid-program refunds after medication has been ordered.

Price Lock Policy: Price lock is honored as long as subscription remains active and uninterrupted. Forfeited upon cancellation, pause exceeding 30 days, payment failure, or lapse in service.

Refunds: Issued at Vtox's discretion for documented fulfillment failures, shipping errors, or billing errors. Medication that has been dispensed and shipped is non-refundable per pharmacy regulations.

By providing your phone number to Vtox Health & Wellness, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from us including appointment reminders, order confirmations, and promotional offers.

Medications are shipped directly from our pharmacy partner. Vtox is not responsible for carrier delays once shipment has been tendered with a valid tracking number. It is your responsibility to maintain a current shipping address. Refrigerate medications upon receipt.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your portal login credentials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vtox Health & Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vtox Health & Wellness from any claims arising from your misuse of our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada under AAA rules, to the extent permitted by applicable state law. Class action waiver applies where permitted by law.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
