Points Expire After 12 Months of Inactivity
Your Vtox Cash points stay active as long as your account has activity — a purchase, a redemption, an earned bonus — within a rolling 12 months. An inactive balance zeroes out after 12 months with no activity.
$50 Monthly Redemption Value
Redemptions are capped at $50 in value per member per month across all rewards combined, so the program stays sustainable for everyone. Anything beyond that rolls over — you're first in line the following month.
